They have always treated me with respect and kept me informed of any and all issues that came up during a repair and didn't proceed until they gave me all the options in solving the problem(s). I've had no surprises on their bills and have been extremely happy with the performance of my vehicle after the problem was corrected.

I am always leery of service people because I am afraid they will take advantage of a bad situation. This is something I don't need to worry about with Lines Auto Service. Rich Lines is very honest and up front and has my business from here on out.
Very friendly people. The work was done to my satisfaction at a reasonable price.
Lines inspected my vehicle bumper to bumper and explained all problems found and gave me options in correcting (or ignoring) them. My truck felt like it did when it was brand new as I drove away from their shop. Mike is super customer friendly and very easy to work with. I had a problem with my credit card and he was very patient while I straightened it out. I be back for all my vehicle service needs.
When Rich first started out in Bremen, he typically talked me OUT of services knowing I was broke. He's worked me into his schedule on short notice even when he was swamped with customers...he's kept me mobile on a shoestring. Good guy, ethical business owner.
